Outlook closes when we use Laserfiche ribbon to save attachments

Good day all.

 

We are experiencing a problem on Outlook 365 when we use the Laserfiche ribbon to save attachments, it will close Outlook and then the user need to open outlook again.

 

Any idees on were to look for the problem? I have upgraded them to version 11 already.

I suggest to install the latest version of Laserfiche Office Integration 11 (Laserfiche ribbon) to see if it solves the issue.

Also make sure that "Microsoft Edge" and "Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime" are installed and up-to-date. These components come with the OS these days and are automatically updated by Windows Updates.
