We have issues in the web client where 8.5x11 pages look different.  One page will be large, and the other will be small.  The images appear fine in the desktop version.  I assume it's a DPI issue, and the desktop version scales each page to fit, so the images appear fine.  I have traced it down to a document with pages created by 2 different users via Snapshot.  I exported the Snapshot settings of one user and imported them on the other to ensure they were set up identically.  The issue still did not go away.
