Laserfiche Rio License can be installed in virtual servers without additional cost?

We have Laserfiche Rio license installed in x86 server but now we are going to migrate that to a virtual server on a vmware cluster. My question is if that license can be use over a vmware cluster? and if there is a link about that.

This would depend on which products within Rio you are referring to. There are several products that are licensed per machine, such as Forms Portal, Import Agent, etc.
