Invalid master license

Laserfiche Version 10 Licensing

(LFDS10)(LM08)

Reactivation was not successful: Invalid master license.

Started to have this error after restarting our LF Sql Server.

Not sure where to go from here. We have had a Master License.

Check the windows event viewer logs under Applications and Services Logs>Directory Server, that should give you a more detailed error message in terms of what's going wrong.

Just throwing it our there, you have got current LSSP? It's not expired?

If you have a current support plan (LSSP), I'd recommend opening a support case through your Solution Provider. Sometimes this can be a backend issue that requires the Laserfiche support team to resolve on our end.
