I've asked for this before, but it's been about 5 years, so I wanted to bring it up again.

We just completed our 7th annual ritual of going through our holidays in Workflow to ensure the Saturday/Sunday holidays are observed on the appropriate weekday since it varies year-to-year.

In our environment, weekend holidays are never as simple as "next or previous" business day and always fall on the "nearest" business day.

A Saturday holiday is always observed the previous Friday, and a Sunday holiday is always observed on the following Monday, but this behavior is not supported by the available options.

As a result, we have to evaluate/update our holiday settings every year on multiple workflow servers, and on more than one occasion we have made mistakes that caused a holiday to be missed.

The easiest solution to this would be a "nearest" business day option so we could set-it-and-forget-it with Saturday holidays being observed on Fridays, and Sunday holidays being observed on Mondays.
