We sometimes edit business process (form) variable values while the process is running. Is there any way to add multiple collection values?
It sounds like you are requesting the same functionality from this post, which a Laserfiche employee confirmed (in November 2022) was not currently possible. As of Forms 11 Update 4, I can personally confirm it still isn't possible.
You can add rows to the table or collection via the Form or via Workflow, but the Edit Variable Value function from the Monitor page will only let you edit values already in the table or collection and not add additional rows or remove rows.
Hi, we have supported updating variable value with changing collection sets/table rows for in-progress instance on Forms 11 Update 5.

Okay, so just to clarify, we can add new items to an existing collection while the Business Process is active?
Yes, we now support adding set/row in collection/table, along with fields set for new set/row, and will show the update history with the changed value in process monitoring page
