For download package, you can also get them from the "Product Support" link at the top of the page. If you click on Laserfiche, Downloads is the first tab. The package is under https://support.laserfiche.com/download/4155/laserfiche-11

Yea, I am getting the same behavior. I cannot search or find anything on the support site right now.
Browser console shows 500 responses from API calls related to the search functionality; I don't think anything has been removed, there's just something going wrong.
