Form not loading on mobile browser

asked on May 3, 2023

Hello,

We have our timesheets run through forms, and for some reason the form refuses to load on some devices, it opens up the form and I can see the options, but the form itself refuses to load.  there are quite a few rules and lookups on this form, but we have no issues with any of our other forms.  Any suggestions?

What version of Forms are you running?

There is a known issue where some forms created in the new designer were not displaying on iOS 16.4.1, which was released a week or two ago.

Laserfiche has released a hotfix to address that issue.

I'm sorry - I thought I linked to the hotfix - but apparently not.

Thank goodness for Miruna having my back.

Is this fix included in the final version 11.0.2311.50564? It says we can not use this hotfix on other versions so I am thinking we can just upgrade to the latest.

Thank you! I will try the hotfix and report back.  We are on version 11 and this would explain why some users can still access the form.

Note that the hotfix is for updating Version 11.0.2212.30987.  If you're on an earlier version, you should get updated to 11.0.2212.30987 before you do this hotfix.

Additionally, the hotfix isn't set-up yet as a patch installer (they wanted to get it out as fast as they could).  Right now it's just files that you need to manually put in place on your server.  Also note that it won't update what version shows on the Help > About menu, so it'll still show 11.0.2212.30987 even after the update.  A Laserfiche employee confirmed that on another post.
