Since this last Sunday 4/23/23 all (newer) Apple devices (Iphone/Ipad) that have had an update since 4.23.23 and later are having issues with forms loading from our Laserfiche environment. They are public forms and anyone on Android, Windows PC's and/or Chromebooks do not have any issues loading these forms.
I will be doing an extensive inventory to see what the forms that consistently will not load have in common, such as version of the designer and rules and lookups and perhaps custom css. That will take me a few days.
Some forms will load one time and then not load the next and currently we cannot find a consistent pattern between users and the forms that are not loading on which devices. Obviously this is not easy to figure out since many of the public are unknowns with unknown devices filling in many of our forms.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a problem similar to ours?
