Organizational Internal Laserfiche Survey

posted on May 1, 2023

Has anyone conducted an internal to their organization user satisfaction survey on Laserfiche.  Their use in forms and repository for example.  If so what questions have you asked?

We have a survey form that we provide a link to after every submission. I'd say we receive around 2-3 completed surveys per week, on average (I just looked, and there have been 140 total submitted).

We keep the questions simple, and we allow for anonymous submissions via formsportal.

Great question; it's interesting to hear what others are doing!

Thank you very much.  This is the type of questions I was looking for.

Hi,

We haven't done this, but I think an important thing to do. Recently, an email was passed my way from a user asking another user for help, and saying they have had issues with Laserfiche for a while now. I think a lot has to do with training and turnover, and users not saying anything or not being asked how things are going.

I have put together a survey to send out to users to get some feedback on who is having trouble and with what apps. If you want a copy of my form, let me know.

That would be great.

Thank you.

Hello again, I tried to attach the xml file from my form download, but not letting me.  I am not sure how else to get you a copy, as haven't shared a form with an external party before.

Hi Debby,

You can simply add a ".txt" extension to the file and Answers should let you upload it. People who download it can then remove the ".txt" on their end.
