How to make a laserfiche form public to everyone in the Laserfiche Cloud?

Greetings to all,

I am trying to make a form public in the Laserfiche cloud for anyone to fill out, but every time I make it public, it keeps asking me for Laserfiche user login details and passwords.

Is there a way that I can make a form public in the Laserfiche Cloud so that it is accessible by anyone who visits the URL? And does not require Laserfiche users to fill it out?

My Current Plan: Professional Tier (SP)

and when I try any to access ask me for user id or any from Laserfiche

 

Is any way to avoid this and make public without ask Laserfiche ID or User Authentication?

Hi,

Based on this:
"Note: In order to create a public form, your account must have an active public portal."
Does yours have that?

No problem! Based on my search in Answers, the most closest forum post I found as an answer to your question is this one.

Hoping someone else can chime in.
 

My other thought is to see if you can contact your Laserfiche sales rep or re-seller to maybe get an answer on your question as well.

Mark, if you have account administration rights, you would be able to see your plan by going to Account from the app picker in the top right corner of your screen, then clicking on the Plan tab. If Forms Portal is not listed, then your account does not have it.

If you don't have account administration rights, then clicking Account from the app picker would only show you your settings. You would have to track down your account administrator or ask your solution provider.

Hi Miruna and Jasciel, thank you for answer my question. See the image below to see if that give an idea what type of plan I have, and see if it is the correct one to allow me to do what I need to do. My account is Administrator, as the technical support, but if you give to me an idea how to know if I'm Administrator, was being user full to.

Hi Mark, You do not have Forms Portal as part of your system. This would be an add-on that you would need to subscribe to. When you have Forms Portal with your Professional System, you would see an item in your plan that would look like: Forms Portal (1,000 Submissions Monthly or 10,000 Submissions Monthly). Picture Below. You'll need to reach out to your Laserfiche vendor to purchase this option.

Thank you so much. I will talk with the representative of my organization to see if them call to the Laserfiche Support or Vendor and see if we can get that Portal Form Add-ons.

Once you have Forms Portal enabled on your system, when you go to publish a form, your interface will change to the following to choose the Starting Form Options

Thank you for answer me. The image you share with me I think is according to Laserfiche Self Hosted, not apply to Laserfiche Cloud, or if is Laserfiche Cloud, I can't see that particular "Public" option on my Form Properties. Look the first image I posted, maybe you can see the only option I have.

The options are tied to the presence of the Forms Portal add-on.

Thank you, we will call to Laserfiche support to see if we can get that add-on.
