Laserfiche snapshot - the current folder could not be determined

Snapshot is not recognizing %currentfolder - the error says - the current folder could not be determined and that the client is not running - even though it is running. We can select a folder from Snapshot and it will work.

In Laserfiche 12, %(Currentfolder) should work now when client is running.

This functionality should work for every version, correct?

yes, I tested in Laserfiche 12, but it should work for every version. If there is any issue for your scenario, I recommend to open a support case.
