I have a user that just updated LF 11 update 3 and before the updates, the user was able to select the monitor tab and select criteria (Start date, number of rows, etc.) and the criteria would save even after they left the monitor tab. After the update, the user has to reselect the criteria each time. Is there a way to save the criteria so that it stays the same?

Oh, you mean the filters! I thought you were talking about the column selection! Sorry, I misunderstood.

I don't believe there is a way to save the filter selection.

There was some discussion on this post about letting us configure the default option for the "Start date" field (which is defaulting to "Last 30 Days"): https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/206137/forms-monitor-defaulted-to-last-30-days#206148

I think it would have to be an enhancement to add the ability for the selected filters to remain selected when returning to the page or for a user to save their default filters.

I've noticed that it keeps different settings for the different processes when viewed on the Monitor page. So I thought at first it wasn't retaining the settings at all, until I realized it retained them, but only for that specific process I'd selected when changing it.

I haven't seen any settings anywhere that impacts how this works. I'd be very interested to hear if anyone else has a different experience.

Unfortunately, when the user changes the filters then leaves and comes back the default options are selected. Not the one's the user has selected. The user asked for the filters to be saved for all processes on the monitor page like before the update.
