Bug - Forms Update 3 Classic Designer - Form name HTML encoded instead of displaying accented characters

We are in the process of testing the new releases and with the latest February 2023 releases for Forms, we are encountering an issue with the way our form names are displayed in Forms when editing a specific form in Classic Designer. As you can see below, it's showing the HTML encoded name of the form name, instead of the real form name. In the menu of the forms on the left side, it is properly displayed.

Hi, I have reported this as a bug for the classic form (id:422016) and plan to fix it in next release, sorry for the inconvenience.

This bug has been fixed on Forms 11 Update 4.
