Hello,
We have a Cloud customer who is trying to setup an Email Archive profile and getting the below error when entering their Cloud Account login information:
I believe SAML accounts would not be able to set up this profile or an IA profile for Cloud, but wanted to check here, as I could not find any information, regarding this in the setup documentation.
If there is no way to setup access for a SAML enabled account, does the cloud customer need to purchase a separate license to run the profile?
