Is it possible to set up a non-licensed user to be used for the Import Agent profile, similar to the supportuser?  My customer does not want to set the Import Agent profile to an individual user because it is configured to a shared network scan folder.  They do not want the Created By value to be set to an actual user but instead a service account since it was not the user that imported the document.  Is this possible?

Update - Using Import Agent with the Cloud requires a user name and password for each profile.  Since a service account is not available for Import Agent, it is necessary to obtain the passwords for each user that needs a profile. This is not only cumbersome to set up it but will be difficult for any large Cloud installations to maintain when users change their passwords.
