Error Opening File 6410

Version 11 Laserfiche Support Site

I have a colleague who saved a Word document file into Laserfiche. When she tried to open said file, she gets a message that says, "Error Opening File 6410". She can open other Word documents from Laserfiche just fine. I need to confirm, but I think she is on version 11.1.

When she refiled today, it worked so I am not sure what the issue was. Information is welcome should it come up again.

According to the help file that error is usually associated with the system not being able to find a stamp that was applied to an image. Strange that it would be coming up for an electronic file.

Thank you, when you say stamp do you mean like an annotation through Laserfiche?
