Hi All,
Support site is down again, please can someone take a look?
You can't sign in (so can't download software, get activation keys, view licenses etc.), nor are the help files loading.
Cheers!

The "License Expiration" column should be fixed now.
We're looking into the support site issue.
Which help files are you having issues with? https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/11/administration/en-us/Default.htm and https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/en-us/Default.htm loaded for me.
Thanks Miruna, the help files home page doesn't load for me (directed from the home page of support.laserfiche.com):-

Oh, that. Yeah, that's under the support site too.
This issue is fixed.
Hi Miruna,
Most of the support site is working now, although the LSAP dates for most of our customer now shows the system expiring on the purchase date (some in 2009!).
Hopefully that can be resolved shortly and we'll have a fully functioning support site again.
Cheers!
Hi Chris,
Our platform team is aware of the issue with expiration dates displaying incorrectly on the Support Site. A fix should be deployed later today or tomorrow at the latest. Please note that this is only a display issue and should not impact any other functionality on the site. Thanks for your patience.
Regards
Thanks Alex.
This was fixed.
Hi Miruna, the LSAP expiration is now correct, but I'm seeing very interesting license expiry dates on capex systems!
*Edit*
Hi Chris,
For clarification, the fix that was deployed addressed the "LSAP Expiration" column, but the fix for the "License Expiration" column is still being worked on. We'll update this thread again once that other fix has been deployed.
Regards
Thanks Alex/Miruna.
