Server Fingerprint Change

I have a server that was recently upgraded by having more resources assigned to its virtual machine. This seems to have changed the hardware fingerprint, because I get error messages saying, for example, " The Laserfiche web client cannot find a valid license file. "

I need instructions for how to get a correct license file installed on this server so it'll work again.

You can un-register the server in Laserfiche Directory Service and re-register it with the updated fingerprint. If you need to get the fingerprint, run showhwfp.exe from the Laserfiche Server's install directory.

Once you re-registered the server, download the license, replace it in the Laserfiche Server's install directory and restart the service.

Do you know about Domain-locked LF licenses? They remain valid after resource modifications.
