How can I save the content of an Email Service Task in the repository as a pdf?

Context:

I have an Email Service Task that is populated with variable values entered in previous forms steps above. Said email is sent to the client with certain information.

I need to find some way how to store the content of that email that is sent from the Email Service Task as pdf in the Repository. Is there any way to do it?

You could also replicate that email task in a separate form (using your variables in a custom html field) and save this form at the end of the process as a PDF.

This link explains:

Use signature collected in Forms in Workflow - Laserfiche Answers

But it's the same concept. Pass Forms variables to Workflow where you create a Word document to merge with (which could look like the email in forms). There is an ability to create a PDF that can be passed to Laserfiche.

Hi Gloria, thank you very much for answering me, your proposal is a viable solution, but I couldn't apply it since I don't have access to the Workflow Manager application. But nevertheless I was able to solve it through the solution that Brian left, thank you very much, more than grateful for taking part of your time to answer me. have a nice weekend
