Workflow- Have to keep publishing a workflow

Hello,

We have a customer, that has a few WF's that no matter how many times you publish them, they keep showing in Draft when you open them.

There are like 4-5 out of 30+ WF's that are having this issue.

Anyone know the reason and possible solution to this issue?

Appreciate the feedback.

I believe this is a known bug related to workflows that contain Email activities.

That's a bug!?  I wondered about that, and why it wasn't consistent regarding when it did it and when it did not!
