Forms: Email Approval Server Setup-Forms 10.4.1

Hello,

Customer wants to setup Email Approval Server in Forms.  They are on version 10.4.1.

It appears this version only has the IMAP option.

Will this still work with O365, using Basic Authentication, which I believe Microsoft is deprecating, correct?

Should we update them to at least 10.4.5 to use  MS365 OAuth 2.0?

Hi Jeff, you should update them to Forms 10.4.5 or 11 regardless because there are important security fixes since 10.4.1.

Forms Email Approvals always use IMAP. You will not be able to use Basic Authentication with O365 IMAP for much longer (if you still can at all - they're actively blocking in waves).
