How do non-admins view custom reports?

I created a test Custom Report in Cloud and I was wondering where this would be visible to users and how we can define who has access to the report?

 

My assumption is that whoever is given the manage roles on the form itself should be able to see it, but when I go to the Reports tab of the Home page and select the process I made it for, I don't see it.

 

The admin guide page has what looks like the default text for the page: https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/en-us/Default.htm#../Subsystems/ProcessAutomation/Content/Resources/Custom-Reports/Viewing-Custom-Reports-and-Drilldowns.htm and therefore is not helpful. 

 

I would imagine that the create/manage screen is not the intended place for viewing custom reports. Please help!

I believe only Laserfiche named users can have access to view reports through the Forms interface, and they will only have access when you add them to the report itself using the "Manage Access" button on the top right. Not sure if you're trying to grant access to Forms participant users, but they are not able to access reports.

This is a BP is under Global so it should be accessible to anyone I would assume (given they have the right user rights). Not only that but I have full access to the form and am unable to view the custom report outside the creation/edit screens. That sounds like it might just be a solution for on-prem? Thanks though!
