Hello Sir,

I have public access form and when my customer submit that form JavaScript code which we have written that won't worked and also form summitted without file selection ( which is actually a required fields) for file upload.

Kindly suggest what kind of problem is this ?

Does it work as expected when you access the form with authentication?

Hello Sir,

Yes . its working fine when we have user authendtication but problem in public forms.

Hello Sir,

Is it same issue which you mentioned in below link.

We have client having same version 10.4.5.316 and when we select any file upload control that having file validation issue and when we opened that link again from save as draft rest of the validation won't be worked.

Can you please update me that is it same problem which you have mentioned in above link ?

I need to make sure that this hotfix will not affect any of the existing form and also ongoing instance so please help me out for the same.

I think you ran into the bug listed in https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014318/list-of-changes-for-forms-10-4-5-hotfix-1014318, please apply the hotfix after work hours when the CPU for RoutingEngineServiceHost is 0, with that it will not affect ongoing instance.
