Forms Saving Draft button not working

Good Morning,  We did and upgrade to Forms.  We are currently using Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.5.316 and since then my clients are sending me the information below.

"I'm using Internet Explorer this time instead of Chrome, it saved when I was about 10% done, I'm now about 75% done and it won't save. I can't imagine what's wrong. Nothing of mine has changed."

This is from more than one user.  Has anyone seen this before?  If so, could you please tell me how you fixed this issue.

It is a known bug for 10.4.5.316 that you cannot save the draft again if there is a upload field with file extensions allowed configured.  You can use the workaround to delete the file then upload it again and save as documented at https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014318/list-of-changes-for-forms-10-4-5-hotfix-1014318.

A better solution is to apply the 10.4.5 Update 1 https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014318/list-of-changes-for-forms-10-4-5-hotfix-1014318 with which the bug has already been fixed.
