Hello ,

I am experiencing the attached error during the installation of the windows client.

Please run the installer from an elevated command prompt with logging and contact your reseller to open a support case and attached the logs generated.

Hey Mohamed,

This looks like some kind of anti-virus is blocking the install. Try disabling your anti-virus product and re-installing.

Another thing to try would be running the setup as administrator (right click run as administrator)

Are you able to try installing the windows client on a different machine? Just to rule out any machine specific issues.
