aspire registration error

I am trying to register someone for the Aspire site and keep getting "An error has occurred. Please contact your organization's Laserfiche administrator for help."  I will try a couple days later and it goes through fine.  Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated!

Hi Wendy,
This error message usually occurs when a person is trying to activate their Laserfiche Aspire account before having created their Laserfiche Support Site account. If you run into this issue again, email us at Aspire@Laserfiche.com with the name and email address of the person who is trying to create their account and we can better help troubleshoot.
