I have a client that has an Avante 10.2 self-hosted system. Their license expired. I worked with our territory manager to get the license renewed but I do not know how to refresh the license in their system. They don't have a Directory Server. I can't open a support case with Laserfiche until their license is refreshed on their system. Could someone assist me with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

That's not quite right. Avante licenses shouldn't expire, unless that was an evaluation license. Support cases are tied to having current LSAP, not a valid license in place, so you should be able to open a case.
That said, to renew the license, you can run the activation tool found in the Laserfiche Server's install directory and provide it the activation key. Once you have the license, place it in the Laserfiche Server's install directory (default C:\program files\laserfiche\server), replacing the existing license. Then restart the Laserfiche Server service.
