new server registration on admin console does not exist or access denied

Hello, I cannot register a server on admin console, even as a windows administrator.

Was the Laserfiche Server upgraded to v11 from a previous version?

When upgrading from a previous version of Laserfiche Server to version 11.0, if the registry contains the string HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Laserfiche\Engine\8.0\Repositories\DefaultRepository with an invalid value, then it prevents LFS from starting properly.

The solution is to change the DefaultRepository string value to the current repository name or just delete the string outright. Then restart the Laserfiche Server service.

See if that might be the issue you're running into.

Yes, I had upgraded to ver 11.
I removed string pointing to my old repository and worked like a charm smiley
