Auto-refresh using Windows Client to Connect to Cloud

Hello,

 

Does anybody know of a way to enable auto-refresh when connecting to LF Cloud using the Windows client? A customer of ours recently migrated from on-prem to cloud and they noticed that auto-refresh doesn't appear to work despite "Refresh folders automatically" being checked within the Windows client. Is there any way to enable this in the current setup?

Hello Robert, have you found a resolution to this? I am experiencing the same thing.

I have not. I believe I opened a ticket with LF Support regarding the issue, but they were unable to provide a resolution at that time.

The "Refresh folders automatically" feature in the Windows Client is not supported when connected to a Laserfiche Cloud repository.

We have a bug filed (496730) where the option in Windows Client 11 appears active and checked when it should actually be disabled and unchecked.
