We are using the Windows client to interact with Laserfiche Cloud.
When we were using our older on-prem Avante system with the 9.2 client, folders would automatically update, but I cannot seem to get this working with either the 10.3.1 or 10.4 client - in both cases, the "Refresh folders automatically" option in Tools -> Options -> Settings is grayed out.
How do we enable this?
