does Laserfiche email archive configuration support MAPI Protocol?

Hi, 

our Client's email box uses MAPI Protocol. But LF supports IMAP and SMTP as per my knowledge. 

Is there a way that the email archive can be configured to MAPI protocol too?

Import Agent does not currently support MAPI per the version 11 help file...

That's correct. To the best of my knowledge, the MAPI protocol is used almost exclusively by Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.

Exchange Server and Exchange Online both support IMAP as well. Laserfiche has no plans to implement MAPI protocol support in Email Archive because every email provider we're aware that supports MAPI also supports IMAP, while the opposite is not true.

Please note that use of the SMTP protocol with Email Archive is deprecated due to serious reliability and security issues. All customers should use IMAP profiles instead.
