Microsoft surface pro x LF 10.4 fail

Has anyone ran into an install issue with Laserfiche 10.4 on a Microsoft Surface Pro X with an arm based pc 64 bit Microsoft sq1 processor? The installation will get to the "commit system details" and then it will fail and roll back all the changes that were made.

Please run the installer with logging on, then open a case with Tech Support and attach the logs.

<path to setuplf.exe for given product>\setupLF.exe -log <folder path for logs>
