Municipal Site Licenses

Laserfiche Licensing Administration License Manager

We are currently running Avante, and have recently purchased a Municipal Site license.  Laserfiche seems to have no documentation on moving from one to the other.  Has anyone performed this kind of license migration before?

A Municipal Site license requires the use of LFDS, where Avante is still optional, though more and more licensing and options are requiring LFDS.

If you are not already using LFDS, then it is like migrating to Rio.

If you are using LFDS, then you need to ensure that you remove any assigned license types that are not in your new licensing before removing licensing of the current Site and then relicensing the site with the new Activation Key.
