Version 11 Web client scan does not recognize install

We just upgraded to the web client version 11. I have installed the scan tools but whenever I click on the scan icon it just wants me to download and install again. I am using Microsoft Edge Version 102.0.1245.41

Why hasn't Laserfiche responded to this question? We have the same issue in Chrome...
