Error LF4120 downloading a report in forms

I am receiving the above error every time I try to download any report in Forms into a XLSX. I've cleared my browser cache, closed any open windows I have in Forms, nothing seems to resolve it.

I get this error if I try and download from the Monitor tab or from Reports. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a workaround to export data out of Forms?

Sounds like you are having the same issue reported here:

With the file being too large.

Several of the comments mention verifying values in the web.config file (In this web.config C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\web.config, for the two bindings in <netTcpBinding>, timeoutBindingStreamed and timeoutBinding, please make sure they both have maxReceivedMessageSize="2147483647"), and recycling the FormsAppPool in IIS management, before trying again.

What version of Forms are you using? This bug should be already fixed with Forms 11 Update 1(11.0.2106.xxx or above.).
