Is anyone using the Laserfiche Discussions app from the Rio suite?  How do you like it?

Is this just like Laserfiche Answers?

I'm researching information for internal peer to peer training for our agency.

I like it in theory, but the main places it has come up, licensing requirements made it cost-prohibitive. However, and more importantly, they just announced that it has reached the end of its life so I don't think it would be a good candidate for a new project.
