Hey, we had to move our Laserfiche server to a new hyper-v host due to hardware issues and now we need the license deactivated and the normal ways just return a contact support error.  our VAR has been out of touch for a couple of years now and we didn't bother renewing as we are in the process of retiring the Laserfiche instance due to it slowly becoming redundant in our org.  what I need is a one time fix that id be willing to pay for but I can find no options for that at all
