Web Accelerator Application Missing from Directory Server After Master License Renewal

I did a renew on our master license for RIO and Web Accelerator is now missing, I had 16 Applications now its only showing 15. Has anyone seen this before?

Hey Miruna!

 

We noticed Web Accelerator has not been included with the latest versions of Laserfiche. I found a KB article that states Web Accelerator was a removed product as of September 30, 2022. We still have Web Accelerator running on our environment. We are in the process of upgrading to Laserfiche 12 right now. Do we need to keep Web Accelerator, or should disable the service and uninstall it from our environment?
