Cloud - Snapshot asks for credentials every time

Hello,

Is it expected behavior to have to enter login credentials every time when printing to a Cloud repository with Laserfiche snapshot?

Hello,

I have seen this happen if the Webtools Agent is not installed.

From the repository, upper right hand corner, select your name, then select Options

Then on the left side, select Advanced

Under Laserfiche Webtools Agent: select Show details, If its not showing as connected then download and install the Laserfiche Webtools Agent.

Once installed, close browser, start a new session and verfiy that its showing as connected and try snapshot again.

It should only prompt you once within a given period once logged on.
