Import Agent update to 10.4

Hello All,

We are planning to update the version of Import Agent from 10.0.0 to 10.4.5 this weekend.  The plan is to run the upgrade for 10.4 first, and if that proves to be successful, execute the upgrade for 10.4.5.

I have backed up the Import Agent XML profiles to another server and prior to the upgrade, a snapshot of the VM will be taken.

Looking for any advice on anything else to do prior to the upgrade, issues running the upgrade, post upgrade issues, etc.

Appreciate any information.

We had one issue when we upgraded ImportAgent 10.2 to 11 (and moved it to a new server).  The service wasn't starting when the server rebooted.  I couldn't figure out why that was happening, but I suspect it was because it was trying to talk to LFDS, which is on the same server, and maybe wasn't active yet following the reboot.  I set the service to a delayed started, and that seemed to fix it.

We run dozens or even hundreds of documents through ImportAgent each day, and that's the only issue I had with the upgrade.
