Company Profile not loading on support site

Hi All,

 

All customers are showing no information on the support site on their LSAP cards.

 

Please can someone look into this asap?

 

 

*Edit - Activation keys are also missing again like they were yesterday.

This also impacts the ability to create support tickets as the product list is unavailable there as well.
