Support Site Down

Hi All,

 

Not sure if anyone is aware at Laserfiche, but the support site has been down all day here in EMEA, I'm unable to login successfully (it's just an endless loop of signing in, it never shows as being signed in) and I'm unable to download anything.

 

Slightly annoying as had an upgrade planned over lunch for a customer, and couldn't download the software... sad

The issue with logging into the Support Site should be addressed now.

Hey Chris,

Facing the same, can't check my support case and worried that they will close it if don't reply crying.

Someone must have informed them and they might be on it as we speak.

On a somewhat related note, is there any chance that a status page is on the roadmap for non-cloud Laserfiche servers?  eg.  https://status.laserfiche.com/ but for things like answers, support site, activation servers, etc?

Also have customers down due to fingerprint changes over the weekend and not being able to activate server license.

From our internal testing, license activation is working currently. Is the issue you're reporting just that you aren't able to log into the Support Site to view activation keys, or that you're having an actual issue when attempting activation?

If there are actual issues with activation, please contact Laserfiche Support. If you are needing to lookup an activation key for a customer, please contact Laserfiche Support for that as well.

Can't open a support case or chat because I can't sign into the support site.

It asks for creds but then takes me back not signed in.

We do the activate key for a customer.

The same thing is happening for me, I sign in and the page refreshes back to the support page and shows I am not signed in.

So found an old activation key on the customers station.  Trying to reactivate since they are down and get this.  Related to the outage?

activations and deactivations are failing. I've tried doing a manual deactivate from my PC (I do this all the time) and it fails. I can't contact Support because the site is down and calling via phone gets me nowhere.

For issues trying to activate, please make sure the machine you're activating from is connecting to our activation server using TLS 1.2. You may not be able to view our KB article regarding setting registry values to force TLS 1.2, but here is a screenshot you can reference.
