Can I upgrade Server 8.3 to 11

We look after multiple municipalities. One of the sites that we just started looking after is still using version 8.3. All the rest of the locations are at some flavor of version 10. We are planning upgrading all sites to version 11.

Question: Can we upgrade version 8.3 to version 11 in one move, or will we need to upgrade them to a previous version first (ie: 10.2)?

Hi Robert,

You can upgrade from Laserfiche 8.3 to 11 in one go. Laserfiche Server automatically runs step-by-step repository database schema upgrades behind the scenes.

Please review the Updating from Laserfiche 8, 9, or 10.x to Laserfiche 10.4 (also applies for updating to Laserfiche 11) documentation page for more information. Because you're coming from version 8.3, you will need to regenerate any repository search catalogs post-upgrade.
