Support Site not working (Support.laserfiche.com)

Hi,

 

I am unable to successfully sign in to the support.laserfiche.com site, it logs in, but the shows sign in on the right corner still. I am experiencing the same on my Ipad and Iphone (Besides computer). Need to download some software.

I would hazard a guess that this is related to the Planned Network Outage 1/8/22 - 1/9/22 posted to the Laserfiche Solutions Providers group on January 5th.

I am getting this same error right now.  I ask well need to download some software.  Attempted a different browser (edge) and then incognito mode.  Don't get an error, the sign in option is still available and not my username.
