Would someone assist me. I am trying to configure the web applications for Laserfiche (Web Client, Forms and LF APP) but I am confronted with a login screen shown below and I am not able to log in even with the administrator.

Please advise,

This prompt requires entering your fully qualified username domain[workgroup]\username.

Or from the server OS you can change your URL to use http://localhost/configpage which will allow the browser to access your current login information automatically and should take you right to the configurator page without any prompts.

Dear Chad,

Thanks for the response though when I key in the fully qualified domain\username it does not accept it. I am still not able to log in. I will check the url part of it and see if it works

Hi Chad,

I checked again but the problem persisted. SO when I looked into the IIS I saw that the default site is not running and on trying to run it I get the error "this website cannot be started. another website may be using the same port ". I tried changing the port, I got the same error. Any views?
