Our client recently migrated servers as well as upgraded from v9 to v10. When loading the sessions created in v9, we are prompted re-enter the Laserfiche authentication values via the Configure Authentication window.

If the session is closed and re-opened the same day the values are retained however if the session is loaded the following day they are prompted to enter the details again. Can anyone please advise how we can save authentication details so that they can be retained?

One of the main errors we get is: Sessions from QF9 getting "The connection information for Laserfiche Capture Engine is incorrect."
