Here's the doc for configuring the activity: Create List Item (laserfiche.com) I'm not sure if it can be configured to work with Sharepoint Online.
So the answer is Laserfiche does not support SharePoint O365. When will the support be available?
Laserfiche hasn't put it on any timeline that I've seen. If it does happen it will probably be integrated with Laserfiche Cloud not self hosted. O365 Sharepoint Integration - Laserfiche Answers.

The Cloud product is nowhere near ready for an enterprise level customer. The On-prem version needs this functionality, please pass it forward
