Hello,

I have a customer experiencing an issue with the web client across different PCs and different users. When they have a document open in the Web Client, whether they're looking at a PDF or images, and they click the Print button (the web client print button), all they get is a new tab called "PDF.js viewer" and then nothing loads in that tab besides the toolbar at the top of the page. I've attached a screenshot to this post that shows this.

This happens regardless of what a user selects to print - electronic file or images. It happens for both participant users and full users, regardless of which web browser they use (Edge, Chrome, and Firefox do the same thing). Web client version is 11.0.2106.3. It feels like I'm missing something super simple here but I can't seem to find anything in user settings that influences this.

UPDATE: Client told me their IT was messing with firewall settings a few days ago. Is there a specific port that could be affecting this particular function without affecting seemingly anything else?
