Snapshot is cutting off content

Hello,

We have updated to the latest version (11) and have this persistent error where we print to snapshot, and while the first page prints okay, all consecutive ones are cut off, missing content and repeat bits and pieces of the first page (image attached). We have restarted, reinstalled, updated and still the issue persists.

I am unsure whether the issue can be caused by it being used through a remote desktop client (we only use this when we WFH)

Is there something we can try to fix ourselves?

It sounds like the issue caused by a Microsoft Windows update as explained in Microsoft Windows Updates KB5000802, KB5000803, KB5000808, KB5000822 and KB5000848 May Cause Laserfiche Snapshot to Only Print the First Page of a Multi-Page Document.

This update broke all virtual printing in this same way.
